The apartment has two floors plus a roof terrace. Behind a locked gate you reach the entrance floor through a lovely staircase surrounded by plants. On the entrance floor there are two bedrooms for 4 people and bathroom with shower.
The upper floor has kitchen, living room with a sofa bed with room for 2 extra guests and a second toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave and dishwasher. Next to the terrace is a washing machine.
The roof terrace is very private with room for 4-6 people dining. Stunning views at both the ocean and the mountains. Take a seat in the sun chairs with a cup of coffea and relax.
Note that there are several stairs in the town house where small children need to be cautious. Punta Lara is also a rather hilly place, although the distances are not great. Parking is possible on the street free of charge.
